RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Hijas de Puka, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of every item.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Items must be returned in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Because each piece is handmade, slight variations are natural and part of the design.

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items within the 15-day window.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method

• For standard returns (no defect), refunds will be issued as store credit

• If the return is due to a defect or issue with your order, we will cover return shipping

• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
